We enjoyed a lovely stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for our family with a baby. The facilities were great, and we had an amazing time visiting the nearby attractions like the London Eye and Big Ben.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities, like a play area or kid's menu options in the restaurant.

Couple looking for a decent stay
Had a really nice time messing around in the big lounge area and enjoyed the huge soaking tub that made me feel like a king. The location was perfect, just steps away from all the must-see sights, and we found a great local cafe for breakfast that was way cheaper than what the hotel offered.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you pay for what you get.

Nice place with great views!
We stayed here for 4 nights in a room with no views, which was kinda disappointing. The location is awesome, super close to all the tourist spots and plenty of transport options. The staff was nice and helpful, but our first room was dirty, and we had to switch. The breakfast was decent, though! Just fix the cleanliness issue.

great location but towel service needs improvement
The room was very clean and comfortable, providing a fantastic internal view. We received a complimentary upgrade for one of our rooms, which made our stay even better. The staff were exceptionally kind and always willing to help with our requests.
The number and type of towels in the bathroom were below expectations for this level of hotel.

The room facilities could use some serious attention!!! The dining table wobbled, and the decor was questionable, not to mention the lack of fresh towels and regular housekeeping!!!

The location was superb, right in the thick of it all! Our room was spacious and had an amazing view of the skyline, which was a highlight for our little one, she couldn't stop staring out the window.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still pretty reasonable for the area.
